Jason Cole FCCA
Jason is the founder and managing director of Coles and has 25 years experience in the accountancy profession. Jason maintains a keen interest in all clients and believes that proper advice can only be given with a full understanding of your affairs on an ongoing basis and not just once or twice a year.

Jason's expertise is with owner managed businesses and has gained extensive knowledge of the accountancy and taxation matters that affect such businesses. Jason also has expertise in regulated areas such as charities, solicitors, estate agents, pension schemes and financial services.

Outside of working life Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. When time permits Jason also enjoys reading, playing golf and is a keen martial artist.

Sarah Humphrey FCCA
Sarah is a director of Coles and has 23 years experience in the accountancy profession. In addition to the usual issues that affect clients on a day to day basis, Sarah specialises in working closely with clients to grow their business.

Sarah's expertise is with owner managed businesses especially from the start-up stage. Sarah also has vast knowledge in professional businesses and regulated areas such as charities, solicitors, surveyors and estate agents. Sarah is also responsible for the Building a Better Business service.

Sarah's outside interests include spending time with her husband, son and daughter. She also regularly attends body training system classes and enjoys swimming.
